2. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your package's journey through the applicable shipping carrier.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

3. SHIPPING COST

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required.

4. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, LUCÉ cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your order has been significantly delayed or there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.
